Please, remember this is a residential building. No noises between 10:00pm and 8:00am (10 pm on weekends) and be quite at stairs and common areas.

Use the apartment respectfully. Mind your dishes and dispose garbage on the street bins at night and leave the apartment tidy at your departure with linen on top of the bed. If extra or longer cleaning is required, the guest may be asked to pay for the extra hours worked.

All guests (including minors) will be required to fill in an online checkin form and sent a readable picture of their ID or passport (the picture is not required for children under 16 years of age). This is a requirement set out in Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30th, on the protection of citizen security and in its development in Order INT / 321/2021, of March 31st.

We will appreciate that you turn off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment.

The optimal temperature for the AC is 19-20 degrees in winter and 26-27 in summer time. This follows the EU and Spanish Goverment recommendations to reduce energy consumption, ensures a nice climatization of the apartment, avoids that the AC gets blocked and, it does not increase unnecesarily the CO2 emissions for overconsumption.

An extra 250 euros could be requiered before arrival to be marqued over a credit card or other alternative method, the deposit would be reimbursed once the apartment is checked after departure.

In case of emergencies caused by negligences (lost keys, parties,…), if we have to come to the apartment after 10pm, we will charge 100 euros.

We book parking lots for our guests in a third party parking, the price is 21 euros per day. This parking will only be available subject to the availability of the owner company and we will manage the booking. Payment is to be made in cash at our reception.
