Arrival information
For your arrival we need to know:
– Approximate arrival time.
– Transportation to Seville: once you inform us we will give you the best indications to get to your apartment.
– Registration forms: We will send you in the first message of the platform the link to complete it. In the following tab you will find more information about it, it is necessary to complete it for ALL the guests who are going to stay (including minors, in this case less information is requested and it is not necessary to attach a picture). The picture is necessary for us to check that the information entered in the form is correct and that there is no error when submitting it to the authorities.If you prefer so, you can include a watermark in the picture indicating that it is to be used only for checkin purposes.
Registration forms
It is mandatory for us to register every guest before they access to the accommodation. This is mandatory for every hotel and legal apartment in the country.
This is a requirement set out in Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30th, on the protection of citizen security and in its development in Order INT / 321/2021, of March 31st.
Since this is mandatory, it is described in our house rules and it is included in our first message on the platform.
The information goes to the police following the Public Safety Act and they check if there are any issues with the guests or if there are any pending requests from interpol.
If you fill more comfortable sending through Airbnb or Booking of with partee, you can do so. Take a blank picture in your forms and send the picture there.
Problems with the registration form?
Try to copy the complete link (until the final number) and paste it directly in your browser (Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox are the best options).– Check that you have good internet connection.
– You do not use any letter that are not international like ç ß or symbols like /- _
– You attach a jpg picture and not a pdf.
If the problem still persists, please, let us know.
Check-in and check-out time
Please, let us know whether you are arriving before 2:30pm. In this case, you can bring luggage to reception located at 2, Acetres st. and start your visit. We will try our best to have the apartment ready as early as possible.

Check out is at 11:00 am.
Where to leave luggage
Reception located at 2, Acetres st. Schedule time: 11.00am to 3.00pm and 4.00pm to 7.00pm. (Please, check opening time on your departure date).
Important if you are arriving by car – our parking option
It is very likely that you won’t be needing your car for the visits inside the city since its dimension allows to make all the visits on foot or bicycle.
The city center is pedestrianized. We recommend to park first and then come to the apartment.
Finding street parking in Seville is not easy. It can take a while and blue zone makes you return continuously to pay the rate every 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
If you are interested, we can offer a parking lot in a building less than 5 minutes walking distance for 21 euros per each 24 hours (open 24 hours). Please, make sure to book it in advance to ensure availability.
Water from the tap
Water from the tap is drinkable.
Arriving by train
Transfer by bus:
To arrive by bus to our apartments (except Garcia de Vinuesa) you can ride the bus line 32 that reaches the center of the city.
To go to the apartments on Calle Lagar or Acetres you can get off at the stop of the Plaza de la Encarnación.
To go to the apartments of Sierpes or Rivero, it is more advisable to stop at La Campana.
To arrive by bus to García de Vinuesa you can take line 21 and get off at the stop of the Plaza de toros de la Maestranza. From there it’s a 3-5 minutes walk.
Taxi transfers:
To go to the apartments on Calle Lagar, Acetres or Rivero ask the driver to go to Cuna street corner with Rivero.
To go to the apartments on Calle Sierpes ask the driver to go to La Campana.
To go to García de Vinuesa ask the driver to stop at García de Vinuesa, 41.
Please note that taxis from Santa Justa apply a special supplement on their rate.
Since the center of the city is mostly pedestrian we suggest you use google maps, or send us an email for further questions depending on your final trip arrangements.
Arriving by plane
There is a unified rate from the airport independently of your destination in the city.
*Mondays to Fridays from 7 to 21 is 22,50 eur.
*Mondays to Fridays from 21 to 7, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays is 26,41 eur.
*Special holidays (Semana Santa and Feria) is 30,50 €
To go to the apartments on Calle Lagar, Acetres or Rivero ask the driver to go to Cuna street corner with Rivero.

To go to García de Vinuesa ask the driver to stop at García de Vinuesa, 41.
Bus:
There is a bus line that takes you from the airport to Santa Justa Train Station or Plaza de Armas Bus Station for 4,00 euro (one way). The ride is 35 minute from Plaza de Armas to the Airport. The bus runs every 25 minutes, the first one in the morning leaves to the airport is around 4:30 am, and the last one leaves from the airport at around 1:00 am. From Plaza de Armas you can walk to the apartments, it will take you around 10-15 minutes
If staying at an apartment in García de Vinuesa street, the bus stop at Maestranza bull ring would be more convenient, it will be just 5 minutes walk.
Towels, sheets, hairdryer and ammenities
The apartments are equipped with double beds. For two guests, just one bed will be prepared. If you prefer to sleep in separated beds, please, let us know and we will be happy to help.
Air-conditioned and heater
The remote control will be prepare with most recommended temperature depending on the time of the year. To use it, just press the on-off button.
Nearest supermarkets, markets, shops and services
We are located in the city center, therefore everything is wihtin short walking distance
