How to fill out the registration forms
Three days before your visit you will receive a reminder message to fill out the registration form.
It consists of two menus:
- In the first one you can select the language, the arrival and departure date of your visit to Seville and the reservation code that we will provide you.
- In the second one you will have to fill in basic information about yourself, remember not to enter characters with accents or special characters, ç ß or symbols like /- _.
This process must be done for ALL the guests who come to stay in the apartment in Seville, including minors (in this case less information is requested and it is not necessary to attach a photograph).
If there is any field in the form that you do not know how to fill in, please leave it blank and we will fill it in for you or if it is mandatory and you have any doubts, please write to us.
Why is it necessary to fill out this registration form?
It is mandatory for us to register every guest before they access to the accommodation. This is mandatory for every hotel and legal apartment in the country.
This is a requirement set out in Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30th, on the protection of citizen security and in its development in Order INT / 321/2021, of March 31st.
We can assure this is not something we want to do, we waste plenty of time every day registering guests, but it is the law and we have to comply or risk up to 30.000 euros if we do not register a guest.
Since this is mandatory, it is described in our house rules.
The information goes to the police following the Public Safety Act and they check if there are any issues with the guests or if there are any pending requests from interpol.
This process is done to avoid the guest having to wait and to make the check-in process smoother, if a guest refuses to provide this information we are sorry the reservation must be cancelled as we are not allowed to give access by law.
In the last case if the guest does not want to provide their data via online you can come to our reception if it is open to complete the registration, which will make a person of our team on the same website.
Is it enough to fill in the form of the guest who is the reservation holder?
No, it is necessary that all the guests who come to stay fill it out, including minors (in these cases, it is not necessary to fill out so many data or to attach a photograph of their document).
Attach a photo of the document
Depending on where you come from you can fill in the registration form with different documents:
- Spain: If you were born in Spain you can provide: DNI, Passport, residence permit or driving license.
- Europe: If you belong to the European Union you can provide: ID of your country, passport or residence permit.
- Non-Europe: If you are not a citizen of the European Union you can provide: passport.
Attach a photo is necessary for us to check that the information entered in the form is correct and that there is no error when submitting it to the authorities.
If you prefer so, you can include a watermark in the picture indicating that it is to be used only for checkin purposes.
If you do not want to upload it to the web, you can send it through our chat on the platform where you made the reservation or to our email or WhatsApp.
The photograph must be clear, of the data of the document, without movement or blurring, without flashes that hide any of the necessary data.
The necessary data are: Name, Surname, ID or Passport number or permit, nationality, date of birth, date of issue of the document (in case of being from Spain also support number).
The rest of the information can be hidden if you wish, as well as your photograph.
I am having trouble filling out the form
Occasionally there may be a problem filling out the registration form but this is not common. You should check the following situations:
- Have good internet connection
- Use google chrome or firefox browser (highly recommended)
- Do not use any letter that are not international like ç ß or symbols like /- _
- Attach a jpg picture and not a pdf
- If there is any other typing error, the form itself indicates it (because you have entered some strange character or the number of characters exceeds the maximum or minimum capacity)
If after having checked everything you still have problems, let us know so we can provide you with a new link, remember that this is mandatory and must be done.
