Contact

The platform chat (Airbnb or Booking) is our preferred contact method, we are several people reading messages there, it ensures a faster answer.

Only in case of emergencies or if it is not possible to contact us, this is our reception telephone number: +34 623 20 89 58 (WhatsApp or standard telephone line). If you have seen another telephone number in the booking, avoid using it as they are for administrative purposes only.

Registration forms
  • Three days before your visit you will receive a reminder message to fill out the registration form.You will have to fill in basic information about yourself and the other guests, remember not to enter characters with accents or special characters, ç ß or symbols like /- _.This process must be done for ALL the guests who come to stay in the apartment in Seville, including minors (in this case less information is requested and it is not necessary to attach a photograph).

    If there is any field in the form that you do not know how to fill in, please leave it blank and we will fill it in for you or if it is mandatory and you have any doubts, please write to us.

  • It is mandatory for us to register every guest before they access to the accommodation. This is mandatory for every hotel and legal apartment in the country.

    This is a requirement set out in Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30th, on the protection of citizen security and in its development in Order INT / 321/2021, of March 31st.

    The information goes to the police following the Public Safety Act and they check if there are any issues with the guests or if there are any pending requests from interpol.

  • According on where you come from you can fill in the registration form with different documents:

    Spain: DNI, Passport, residence permit or driving license.
    Europan Union: ID of your country, passport or residence permit.
    Non-Europe: If you are not a citizen of the European Union you can provide: passport.

    Attach a photo is necessary for us to check that the information entered in the form is correct and that there is no error when submitting it to the authorities.
    If you prefer so, you can include a watermark in the picture indicating that it is to be used only for checkin purposes.

    If you do not want to upload it to the web, you can send it through our chat on the platform where you made the reservation or to our email or WhatsApp.

    The photograph must be clear, of the data of the document, without movement or blurring, without flashes that hide any of the necessary data.

    The necessary data are: Name, Surname, ID or Passport number or permit, nationality, date of birth, date of issue of the document (in case of being from Spain also support number).

    The rest of the information can be hidden if you wish, as well as your photograph.

Check-in and Check-out
  • Check in: the accommodation will be ready by 3.00pm at the latest. It depends on previous guests departure.
    We will try our best to have the apartment ready as early as possible and we will send you the access instructions at the same time.
  • Check out is at 11:00 am. Please leave everything as tidy as possible. If you have used the kitchen, please put everything away and take out the rubbish (there is a picture on your door with the location of the nearest bin).

Where can I leave my luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out?
  • All our guests can leave their luggage at our reception free of charge if they wish: Calle Acetres 2A (Acetres St, 2A). Our opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can pick up and drop off just in that interval. Please note that our reception is located far from some properties, which is why we provide further recommendations below based on your accommodation:
      • Guests from Calle Quirós (Hostly Arenal): Lock and Enjoy lockers at 34 Zaragoza st. 1 minute walk from your building or 11 minutes walk away from our reception.
      • Guests from Calle Faustino Álvarez (Hostly Alameda): Safe Luggage lockers at 129 Feria st. 2 minutes walk from your building. You can have a discount introducing the coupon «HOSTLY» when booking on their webpage or 18 minutes walk away from our reception.
Security Deposit

The deposit is a requirement that we ask our guests to pay for security reasons before their arrival, to ensure that the flat is well looked after and that the house rules are respected.
Some platforms do not cover incidents of this type, This is why we request a deposit.
This point is clearly stated in the advertisement, as we believe it is important that all our guests have this information before confirming their booking.
At the end of your stay, we will refund the deposit as soon as possible.
The amount may vary depending on the accommodation you are staying in, or it may not even be necessary.
In any case, we will notify you before your arrival.

How to arrive to my accommodation
  • From the airport (Diego Velázquez):
    • Taxi: approximately 25-30 euros. (2025 prices).
    • Bus: 6 euros per person. The closest stop to the city centre is Marques de Paradas. (Option not recommended for Sol and Faustino Alvarez guests in this case, ask us for more info).
    • Uber, Cabify or Bolt: pick you up at their meeting point, which is the arrivals parking at the airport, signposted at the exit on the left hand side.
  • From the train station (Santa Justa):
    • By foot: 30-40 minutes.
    • Taxi, Uber, Bolt or Cabify: 10-15 minutes approximately.
    • Bus: number 32 for almost all of our apartments and stop at «Plaza del Duque» (last stop).
      • Faustino Alvarez number C2 and stop at «Resolana Barqueta».
  • From the bus station (Plaza de Armas):
    • By foot: 25-35 minutes.
    • Taxi, Uber, Cabify or Bolt: if your luggage is very heavy.
  • From the bus station (Prado de San Sebastián):
    • Tram: to the last stop Plaza Nueva.
Parking

We book parking lots for our guests in a third party parking, the price is 21 euros per day. It has a security guard and is monitored 24 hours with security cameras, it is private and underground. Located at Calle Rioja. This parking will only be available subject to the availability of the owner company and we will manage the booking. Payment is to be made in cash at our reception.

In case you are interested, we would need to know the model of car and the estimated time of arrival and departure to check availability.

Extra guests

There is an extra charge per person per day. If you made a mistake when making your booking, please let us know and we will correct it to give you the correct information and confirm the additional price.

Air conditioning, hairdryer, towels and other amenities
  •  The AC works as heating and cooling systems. It may take around 5 minutes to start working and release air. The optimal temperature for the AC is 19-20 degrees in winter and 26-27 in summer time.
  • Towels are not changed daily; there is an additional charge of €10 per person. For stays longer than 3 days, you will have one change free of charge.
  • All our accommodation includes a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
    • The apartments also include pods for the washing machine and dishwasher tablets.
  • TV: they are smart TVs or have a smart device; we do not have accounts on any platform channels; you can use yours and disconnect them afterwards.
Travelling with babies

If you are interested in cots and high chairs, there is an additional charge of 25 euros both of them (The price does not change if only one is requested). Please let us know before your arrival to check availability and prepare the apartment. (Available upon request and subject to availability; not suitable for all apartments due to size restrictions).
