Parties or gatherings are not allowed (not bringing non-registered guests to the accommodation). Guests over 2 people have an extra cost.
Filming /taking pictures or other commercial activities are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in: The accommodation will be ready before 3pm. Some of our accommodations have an earlier check-in time. Please, check with us if you have any doubt.
Check-out 11:00am maximum. We apologise, but we do not offer late check-out after 11:00am. If this regulation is not complied it may result in the charge of an extra night’s stay or the cost of rehousing the next guests. After check-out, you may leave your luggage free of charge at our main reception at Calle Acetres, 2A.
Noises: No noises between 10:00pm and 8:00am (10 pm on weekends) and be quite at common areas at all times.
Travel cot: may you request a cot for your baby the installaton cost is 25 euros (it includes a mattress and linen)
Climatization and energy consumption: We will appreciate that you turn off the Air Conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment. The optimal temperature for the AC is 19-20 degrees in winter and 26-27 in summer time. This follows the EU and Spanish government directions to reduce energy consumption, ensure a nice climatization, avoids that the AC gets blocked and, it does not increase unnecesarily the CO2 emissions for overconsumption
Tidiness: Use the accomodation respectfully. Mind your dishes and dispose garbage on the street bins at night and leave the apartment tidy at your departure. If extra cleaning is necessary, we will discount it from your deposit, depending on the time we spend.
Tableware and kitchenware: 30 euros.
Taking care of trash: 50 euros.
General cleaning: 20 euros per extra cleaning person/hour.
Commuting: In case of emergencies caused by negligences (parties,etc.), if we have to come to the apartment after 7:30pm, we will charge 100 euros.
Keys lost: lock replacement costs 100 euros. It is has to be during the night locksmiths special tariff applies.
Extra linen or towel sets (10 euros each set per person). After 3 days if you want to change your towels you can come to main reception and we will not charge any extra.
Damaged sheets and towels that cannot be cleaned will be charged at replacement value.
Deposit: a deposit will be required before arrival to ensure that house rules are followed and the accommodation is treated with care. The deposit amount depens on each specific accommodation.
Parking: In case we book a parking lot for our guests, it would an extra cost that should be payed at our main reception.
Security: All guests are required to complete an online check-in form and send a clear picture of their ID or passport. Legal registration is required under Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the protection of citizen security, and its implementation in Order INT/321/2021, of March 31.
