Check-in and Check-out process

As soon as your apartment is ready, on your arrival day early afternoon, we will be sending you detailed instructions and your personal code to enter the apartment.

If you arrive early (before the check-in time), we will try our best to have the apartment ready as early as possible, but it also depends on previous guests departure time.

At your arrival, you can come to reception located at 2, Acetres st. to leave your luggage and start your visit. This is the google map link, it is the office in the corner (not the door you see in google maps old picture).

Reception opens at 11:00am but if you arrive earlier we will give you a code to leave your luggage in our building. (Please let us know if you will need the code to create it and send the instructions).

We will keep you posted, and will be sending a message as soon as you can enter the apartment.

On the day of your departure at 6pm local time, you will receive an automatic message on the platform indicating everything you need to know.

The check-out time is at 11:00 am. After that time, if needed, you can leave your luggage at our reception (open from 11am to 3pm and from 4pm to 7pm in that interval you can come and pick up your luggage again), or if you prefer, we can book a taxi for you.

We usually try to have the apartment ready as early as possible for the arrival of our guests. As for a later check-out, it will only be possible if there are no subsequent bookings.

As mentioned in the previous sections, both upon your arrival and departure, you can leave your luggage at our reception free of charge.

From the airport, you can either take a taxi or bus.
The EA bus runs every 30 minutes, the price is 5 euros each and the closest stop to your apartment is Marques de Paradas.

The EA bus schedule to the airport starts at 4:00 am.
From the airport to Seville, the last bus is at 1:00 am.

Taxis have a fixed tariff during the day and a little bit more expensive on weekends and at night (from 9pm to 7am). The average price is approximately 25 to 30 euros. You can ask for an invoice for the service if need it.
Taxis cannot charge for luggage or any other extras.

You can also order an Uber, Bolt or Cabify and it would be cheaper. These services will pick you up at their meeting point, which is the arrivals parking at the airport, signposted at the exit on the left hand side.

Our apartments are located in three areas of the city. From the train station, we recommend the following based on which one you have booked:

• Faustino Alvarez Street (Alameda de Hércules):

The apartment is approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station. However, the streets are narrow, and the walk is unpleasant if you have wheeled luggage. Alternatively, it would take about 10-15 minutes by taxi or Uber.

You can also take bus C2 at the stop Jose Laguillo Santa Justa (it is located at the main entrance on the bridge behind the parkings), which stops at «Resolana (Barqueta)», and from there, it’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the apartment.

• Marques de Paradas Street (Plaza de Armas):

The apartment is approximately a 40-minute walk from the train station. The streets are narrow, and walking with wheeled luggage is not pleasant. Alternatively, it would take about 15 minutes by taxi or Uber.

Other options include taking the EA bus, which costs 5 euros per person and provides door-to-door service (getting off at Marqués de Paradas). You can also take bus 32, which will drop you off at Plaza del Duque, requiring a walk of approximately 10 minutes, or take bus 21, which is 5 minutes from the train station but will drop you off next to your apartment on Calle Marqués de Paradas. The total time to reach the apartment can be 20-30 minutes in both cases.

• City Centre Apartments (Huelva, Orfila, Sol, O’Donnell, Acetres, Sierpes, Rivero, Aponte, Lagar, Javier Lasso de la Vega Streets):

The apartment is approximately a 30-minute walk from the train station. However, the streets are narrow, and the walk is unpleasant if you have wheeled luggage. Alternatively, it would take about 10-15 minutes by taxi or Uber/Cabify/Bolt.

You can also take bus 32, which stops at «La Plaza del Duque» (the last stop), and from there, it’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the apartment. If you have booked the apartment on Calle Sol, the best bus stop is «Ponce de León.»

• The Plaza de Armas bus station is relatively close to our apartments, with some being just a 5-minute walk away and others up to 20 minutes. If your luggage is very heavy, the best option is to take a taxi, Uber, Bolt or Cabify from the entrance to your apartment.
• If you’re coming from the Prado de San Sebastián station (which is a small station and buses usually go to Plaza de Armas), the best option is to take the tram located at the exit, which goes to the city center, to Plaza Nueva. Alternatively, taking a taxi, Uber, Bolt, or Cabify is also an option.

Yes, we can book a taxi for you to go to the airport, the train station or to your flat both on the arrival and departure.

The taxi driver will wait for you at the station with your name to pick you up and if you are going from the flat he will call the intercom and help you to take your luggage to the taxi.
